Research on the Influence of In-work Embedding on Employees’ Constructive Deviant Behavior

This paper takes the identity theory as theoretical background, adopts empirical research method, embedded work of employees antecedent, studies constructive deviant behaviour employees, and explores intermediary mechanism perception insiders from perspectives role identity. use SPSS25.0 version Mplus 7.0 to analyse date, some conclusions are follows: 1) Employees’ embeddedness in has a significant positive effect on behavior.2) In-work embedding improves impact employees’ insider identity.3) Insider play between (in-work link, in-work match, sacrifice) behaviour. Starting perspective double identity, this study enriched provided beneficial reference for organizations give power practice.
